Like Hannah, Like Elizabeth, Like Anna in the temple,

I bring my request to Your feet, Jesus

Like Ruth and like Rahab

I ask why You show me favor as a foreigner

Like Esther

I am reminded that I for such a time as this I must go through the trial

Like Mary
