Your Word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path. (Psalm 119:105, NIV)

No matter how we feel, no matter what others say, no matter what whispers we hear inside our head, if it doesn't line up with the Word of God, we are being deceived.

Take hold of every feeling, take captive every thought, and examine it with the light of God's Word. Only by turning to our Heavenly Father will we be able to recognize the fictitious fibs, tall tales, and whoppers for what they really are and be able to replace them with God's Truth.

Take those fraudulent feelings, take those distorted thoughts, and make them obedient to the Word of God.

Even if we feel unforgivable...

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9)

Even if we think we are unclean...

...let us draw near to God with a sincere heart and with the full assurance that faith brings, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water. (Hebrews 10:22)

Even if we feel abandoned...

The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. (Deuteronomy 31:8)

Even if we think we are weak...

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. (Philippians 4:13, NKJV)

Even if we feel anxious...

Turn all your anxiety over to God because he cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7, GW)

Even if we think we are unloved...

And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:38-39, NLT)

Even if we feel tempted...

No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. (1 Corinthians 10:13, NIV)

Even if we think we are worthless...

For I am the Lord your God...You are of great worth in My eyes. You are honored and I love you. (Isaiah 43:3,4)

Yahweh, The Great I AM, LOVES US! He has given us His written Word to guide us, instruct us, comfort us and encourage us. Let us fill our sight, fill our heart, and fill our mind with His truth, and His Truth will set us free.

Then you will know the truth and the truth will set you free. (John 8:32)
