Puzzling Pieces of Life-by Jess Hall

Life is a puzzle. Random pieces scattered across a tabletop with no clear picture of the completed piece. So desperate to see the end result, we try to rush, grabbing up the pieces we want. Placing them where we want. Trying with all our might to force them together.

Only, we end up bending them and breaking them. Mixing them up and distorting the image God has intended for our lives.

Let go of the pieces beloved.

Stop trying to control the placement and picture of the puzzle of your life. God has a beautiful future for you, and only He sees the big picture – the beautiful, completed image that He has created uniquely for you.

Trust Him…as He hands you each piece that He wants you to have in this moment.

Look to Him…for guidance on where to place each one.

Thank Him…for each part of the image you begin to see as more and more pieces fall into place.

Enjoy each day of your life as He hands it to you, trusting in His plan for your good future. He already knows your heart’s desire and has that printed on your completed image.

And do not worry about all your past misplaced, bent, and broken pieces. He can make all things new!

Believe in His Power. Have faith in His unfailing love for you.

Day by day, piece by piece, you will begin to see how His Presence has always been with you. You will discover how the beautiful puzzle of you has His grace, His comfort, His forgiveness, and His wisdom on each and every piece. And you will finally see every edge and corner of your life surrounded by Christ. Completing your puzzle with His Presence for all eternity.
